Refund policy

If a problem or fault should arise within 28 days of purchase please contact us using the 'contact us' section on our website with details and nature of the problem.

Postage will only be covered for faulty items only as long they remain in their original product packaging.Β  Refunds will be issued within 7 days of item return.

Open food items cannot be returned.

Once we receive proof of delivery to shipping address we accept no responsibility for loss of parcels, therefore refunds will not be issued.Β
